SPEEDY BOOKING
Taking bookings is easy: enter the lead contact, age group, time, date, duration, special requirements etc. Products and payment history is added to the daily sales automatically, then with one click send the customer an automated email with their booking confirmation.
Amending a booking is super easy: make your amendments and send an updated email - all financial changes are logged on the system and linked to a user for easy tracking. The main booking page displays the day’s activity and can manage up to six resources; typically resources are one or two arenas and one to four party rooms, however a resource can be anything from a Softplay frame to climbing wall.
Each booking can be added to multiple resources 2 x 20 minutes slots in the arena and 1 x 1 hour 30 minutes slot in a party room. Each resource column displays the occupancy - essential to ensure you don’t overbook! The booking system can also be accessed remotely, allowing you to add and amend bookings from home or on the move. Limit access: see access to the Genesis software on page 12 of our brochure.
